Coaching bridges the gap between where you are now and where you’d like to be in the future.

My coaching focuses around health. Feeling healthy, energetic and vibrant is a basic human need, but our culture isn’t always set up to support that. It takes a bit of intention, planning and effort. Health coaching is about figuring out how the changes that you want can fit into your life in a way that works for you.

What to expect with health coaching:

Health coaching is a partnership where we both bring expertise to the table. In the realm of habit change, your knowledge about yourself and your life is vital to our success together. Expect me to do a lot of listening, and expect me to help you focus and prioritize. Together we can brainstorm, problem solve, and explore knowledge and/or resources that would be helpful to your success. Expect to be in the driver’s seat when creating goals that are right for you. My coaching style is warm and approachable. First and foremost, I care about my clients as people, and I want them to feel heard, accepted and supported.
